Victoria made my first experience so relaxing and calm. The whole atmosphere was so mellow and the numbing cream was left on for a good 40 mins or so which meant I felt very little discomfort. I am also really pleased with the results as I still look very natural but I can see the difference, which is what I wanted. I would definitely use Victoria again and would whole heartedly recommend.
